Lux Noctis depicts landscapes unbound by time and space, influenced by ideas of planetary exploration, 19th century sublime romantic painting, and science fiction. We are overwhelmed everyday by beautiful images of Earth. This series re-imagines the familiar to present undiscovered landscapes which renew our perceptions of our world.

Reuben Wu is a visual artist and music producer. Coming from a background in industrial design, he co-founded the band Ladytron, releasing five internationally-acclaimed albums as well as writing and producing music for Christina Aguilera and remixing others such as Nine Inch Nails.

The extensive touring introduced him to photography, which grew from a hobby into the career it is today. Reuben is based in Chicago but work allows him to travel. The notion of journey and discovery is central to his art, bound with his love for new technology and the opportunities it brings to modern storytelling.
